Week 1 GFT NASCAR AI Driver Rankings: Truex Jr breaks winless streak with Clash victory

LOS ANGELES — Martin Truex Jr. earns his first NASCAR Cup Series win in more than a year in a beating and banging high contact Busch Light Clash at The Coliseum on Sunday night at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. Truex Jr., who went winless all of 2022, kicks off the 2023 season with a much-needed victory.

Week 1 GFT NASCAR AI Driver Rankings:
Martin Truex Jr Takes P1 Ranking with win at The Clash

Driver of the No.19 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota jumps 19 spots with dramatic win, Austin Dillion finishes the Clash in 2nd and moves up 10 spots to P8. Kyle Busch finished 3rd moves up 6 spots to P2. A tough race for Chase Elliott finishing 21st and falling 15 spots to P17 in the GFT Rankings. Cup Champion Joey Logano finshed 16th in LA and falls from P1 down to P14. Also notable is rookie Noah Gragson who finshed 14th at the The Clash and makes his GFT NASCAR AI Driver Ranking debut at P18.
