Round 7 F1 GFT AI Driver Rankings: Verstappen Remains P1 after 3rd place finish in Monaco

Circuit de Monaco — Red Bull’s Sergio Perez won his first race of 2022 by 1.1 seconds in a rain delayed Monaco Grand Prix. Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz was 2nd and Max Verstappen finished 3rd. Charles Leclerc lost additional points to Verstappen after dropping from Pole position to P4 on a critical error by his team on pit/tire strategy. The impact on the F1 GFT AI Driver Rankings was minimal. There were no changes in the top 12 positions in the ranking. Verstappen remains P1, Leclerc P2, Perez P3. Fernando Alonso was the only driver to improve his position moving up 2 spots to P13.
