GFT NASCAR Fantasy Live AI algorithms deliver a new season high- 223 Points for Martinsville

Ridgeway, VA — For the second straight week, our GFT Race Prediction algorithms are continuing to learn and improve accuracy, scoring a new season high 223 points for Sunday’s Cook Out 400 at Martinsville Speedway.

After NASCAR Cup Series Practice and Qualifying, the models updated and refreshed the predictions, bringing forward the best 5 drivers to start, and a Garage selection, for NASCAR Fantasy Live.

With Larson on Pole and winning Stage 1, our model suggested to swap Larson in for Blaney who was mired back in the field towards the end of Stage 2. A difficult substitution that will hurt our “asset allocation” as Larson had already been used in 5 previous races. But the payoff was 53 points toward the 223 total. Player “Go Full Throttle AI 1” is now ranked 348th in the TMD NASCAR league, placing in the top 7.60% of the 4,574 players.

Next week the NASCAR Cup Series is at Texas Motor Speedway for the
AUTOTRADER ECHOPARK AUTOMOTIVE 400 meaning the data set from the Pennzoil 400 on March 3rd at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (won by Kyle Larson) will be important to the models as both are 1.5 mile ovals.
